Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions

By scheduling or participating in training with Trusted Wings Flight Checkouts & Proficiency, you agree to the following:

Training Services

Trusted Wings provides flight instruction, proficiency training, and insurance checkouts in client-owned aircraft. Training is instructional in nature and is intended to support pilot proficiency and confidence. Insurance approval decisions remain solely at the discretion of the insurance provider.

Aircraft Responsibility

The aircraft owner is responsible for ensuring the aircraft is airworthy, properly maintained, insured, and compliant with all applicable regulations prior to training. Trusted Wings does not perform maintenance evaluations or assume responsibility for the condition of the aircraft.

Pilot in Command

The aircraft owner and/or designated pilot in command retains full responsibility for the safe operation of the aircraft at all times. Participation in training does not transfer operational control or decision-making authority to Trusted Wings.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Training dates are scheduled by mutual agreement. If a cancellation or reschedule is needed, we ask for at least 72 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be subject to charges for reserved training or non-refundable travel expenses.

Payment

Training and travel rates are outlined on the website or confirmed in writing prior to scheduling. Payment terms will be agreed upon before training begins.

Travel Expenses

When travel is required, airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and other reasonable travel-related expenses are billed separately.

Assumption of Risk

Aviation involves inherent risks. By participating in training, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate in a safe, cooperative training environment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
